It was, as always, a long old haul up to Edinburgh for the first of the SKC Shows of the year, but no doubt the top winners felt rejuvenated for the drive back! 21 Norfolks made the trip to go under Paul Eardley of Silhill Australian Terrier fame.
Di Jenkins’ KINSRIDGE WITTY BANTER (Kinsridge Quo Vadis - Ch Kinsridge Gung Ho) gained his fourth CC and went on to secure the top spot as Best Of Breed. To round off a brilliant day for Di, he went on to take Terrier Group 4 later in the day, congratulations Witty! The RDCC this time went to Hurrion and Standen’s VILLASSA JACK BE QUICK (Am Ch Max-Wells Union Jack at Villassa – Villassa Gold N’Delight).
The Bitches were yet again a repeat of the top placings at both the Club’s Spring Open Show and The National Dog Show, with Ruth Gee’s WATERCROFT GOLD DUST (Ch Kinsridge Cash Back out of Ch Watercroft Top Tia) gaining her second CC, and Cathy Thompson-Morgan’s BELLEVILLE OVATION (Allright Highland Moon – Belleville Constellation) once again taking the RBCC.
Best Puppy on this occasion went to Di Jenkins’ KINSRIDGE CHITCHAT. Chitchat is a daughter of Ch Kinsridge Back Chat out of Kinsridge Shabby Chic.
