She awarded BoB and the Dog CC to Diane Jenkins & Richard Allen'sCH KINSRIDGE FREE 'N' EASY and Cathy Morgan-Thompson won the bitch CC with CH BELLEVILLE SWEET NOTHINGS. This bitch is the Top Winner in the UK this year.
At Driffield Championship Show at Doncaster in October Mrs Cathy
Thompson-Morgan's CH BELLEVILLE SWEET NOTHINGS once more won the Bitch CC and Best of Breed under Judge Annette Penny, now living in France. Her selection for the Dog CC was also her Best Puppy in BRICKIN HELD TO RANSOM, owned by Mrs Jill Stevenson. There is only one more championship show to go this year at the LKA in December.

2002's Top Winner, reappeared at the Championship Show of the Norfolk Terrier Club of Great Britain where he was awarded the Dog
CC and Best in Show by Dr Frauke Hinsch (DVM), of the famed German Allright Kennels. He defeated his kennel mate, CH BELLEVILLE SWEET NOTHINGS, winner of the Bitch CC who was Reserve Best in Show.
The Reserve Dog CC went to Mrs Rita Mitchell's RICHELL BOOTLEG, and the Reserve Bitch CC to SAREDON BLOWING RED, owned in the partnership of Mr D. Scarthorn and Mrs J.Averis, but handled at the show by Ms Diane Jenkins.
Best Puppy in Show was the dog puppy BRICKIN HELD TO RANSOM, owned and bred by Mrs Jill Stevenson.

CH BELLEVILLE SWEET NOTHINGS continues to go from strength to strength. At City of Birmingham Canine Association on 30th August, Mrs Cathy Morgan - Thompson's bitch topped the Terrier Group judged by Mrs Zena Thorn Andrews. Earlier in the day she had been Best of Breed when judged by Mr G.S. Kahn from the U.S.A.
On Saturday 6th September at Richmond she had won Group 2 in the Terrier Group, judged by Mrs Brenda Banbury, after being judged Best of Breed by Mrs Cherry Howard. Her latest success was at Driffield on 13th September, where again she was once more Best of Breed judged by Mr Max King. She had gained her title at Birmingham National under Swedish Judge Mrs Rene Sporre Willes in May.
CH BELLEVILLE SWEET NOTHINGS is home bred by Mrs Cathy Morgan - Thompson by Ch Belleville Smart Alec x Ch Belleville Sweet Cracker). She is the leading Norfolk Terrier, she has wonthirteen CCs this year so far, the first when still a puppy at Crufts under Judge Miss Elisabeth Matell, and she has been Best of Breeds eight times, as well as winning Best Puppy in Show at National Terrier in April. She also won Group 3 at Birmingham National in May under Mrs M. Billings. In June she was the overall winner of the Junior Stakes at Three Counties, and at Bournemouth on 11th August she was again Group 3, Judge Mr Les Aspin, after Mrs Anne Burdon had awarded her Best of Breed.
Mrs Cathy Thompson-Morgan made up the first champion of the year when her CH BELLEVILLE STAR STRUCK (Ch Belleville Premium Bond x Ch Belleville Star Thistle) won her qualifying third challenge certificate at W.E.L.K.S. under Judge Mr John Baxter. She had won her two previous CCs last year.
Cathy's third champion this year is CH BELLEVILLE SUN KING by Ch Allright Magic Trapper (imp) x Belleville Morning Sun. He won his third CC and BoB at Southern Counties in June under Judge Mr Peter Bakewell, then later in the afternoon was second in the Terrier Group. His first two CCs were won last year. Cathy has also qualified for the final of the Breeders Stakes with her team at Birmingham National.
Another very successful team is the JAEVA kennel. This has also produced three champions. First to qualify is ENG/SWE/DAN CH JIFFY THE SKY'S THE LIMIT
This black & tan dog bred in Sweden is now in the joint ownership of Mr Martin Phillips and Mr Andrew Gullick. Following CCs at W.E.L.K.S and Birmingham National, he gained his English title in Scotland. At Blackpool (no c.c.s for the breed) he won Group 4. He was bred by Miss H. Eriksson by Int Ch Porrigito Claypot x Swe/Dan/Nor Ch Jiffy Whiz Kid.
Southern Counties produced Mr Martin Phillips's second champion this year in CH JAEVA IT'S A RUMOUR , who was Best of Breed. She is by Brickin Current Scandal x Jaeva Xmas Carol. Her two previous CCs were awarded last year.
Bred by Martin Phillips, but in joint ownership together with Mr Andrew Gullick and Mrs Kate Tate is the 7th Norfolk champion of the year CH JAEVA PARTY POLATICS (Ch Jaeva Mr Chips x Rosara Voulezvous at Jaeva) His first CC was won at National Terrier, Judge Mrs Ferelith Somerfield, his second was gained at Three Counties, Judge Mr Roger Thomas, and his third and qualifying CC with BoB was achieved at Border Union from Mrs Patsy Hollings. He won his 4th CC on 30th August under American judge, Mr G.S. Kahn at City of Birmingham Canine Association Show at their new venue at Stoneleigh Park.
Miss Diane Jenkins and Mr Richard Allen went to Scotland in May under Judge Mr Alec James to make up last year's top puppy, CH KINSRIDGE WILD CHILD (Ch Krisma Easy Rider x Ch Kinsridge Chaos) where she was also Best of Breed. She also had won her two previous CCs last year.
At Bournemouth on 11th August, Judge Mrs Anne Burdon awarded his 3rd qualifying dog CC to CH BRICKIN HIT AND RUN owned and bred by Mrs Jill Stevenson, the 8th Norfolk Champion of the year. He is by Ch Krisma Easy Rider out of Brickin Just a Minute. His first CC was won a year ago at the SKC Show in August, Judge Ann Forman, and his second was awarded last December at LKA by Mrs Brenda Banbury.
CH KINSRIDGE FREE 'N' EASY became the 9th Norfolk Terrier champion made up this year when he went Best of Breed and gained his 3rd qualifying challenge certificate from Judge Mrs Lesley Crawley, at the Welsh Kennel Club Show at Builth Wells on 16th August. He is also owned and bred in the partnership of Miss Diane Jenkins and Mr Richard Allen, his sire is Jaeva Duty Free and dam Kinsridge Magic Touch. He gained his first CC at Paignton at the end of June under Judge Mrs Ruth Corkhill and his 2nd with BoB at East of England in July, Judge Mrs Eunice Hazell. He was also Best in Show when still a puppy at the Norfolk Terrier Club Open Show in April, judged by Mrs Dot Britten. On Saturday 6th September Mrs Cherry Howard awarded him the Dog CC at Richmond Ch Dog Show held at Ascot Racecourse, and this has been followed a week later at Darlington where he again won the Dog CC judged by Mr Max King.
