Paying your annual subscription by Standing Order saves you having to send it each year, and avoids the possibility of your membership lapsing if you forget. It also saves the Club time and money, in not having to send out extra reminders. If you wish to pay in this way, please print off the form below, fill in your details, sign the form, and send it to the Club Treasurer, Ms Juliet Knight, 37 Wicks Crescent, Freshfield, Formby, Liverpool L37 1PD.
Please enclose a stamped envelope, addressed to your own Bank/Building Society Branch, so that it can be passed on to them, when the Treasurer has entered the Club details..

Membership covers the period from 1st January to 31st December in any one year, except that membership of anyone joining after 1st October in any one year carries through until 31st December of the following year. Please note that membership will lapse if subscriptions are in arrears at the end of February and the full process of re-application will be required.

all parts of the form are completed in full, including names of proposer and seconder, who must be fully paid up members of the Norfolk Terrier Club,
